Important Shipping Information

We only ship online orders to the contiguous 48 states. If you would like an order shipped somewhere other than the 48 contiguous states, call us at 215-541-4878 for shipping quotes and arrangements.

Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days for the purposes of shipping. If you place an online order on a weekend, it will be processed for shipping on the next business day.

Products may ship in multiple boxes at no extra charge.

Normal shipping time is 3 to 10 business days depending on delivery destination. Special orders and truck shipments can take approximately 2 to 6 weeks depending on the item.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Most products are shipped by FedEx or UPS. If we discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact you and let you know. If a product is not available to ship immediately it will be placed on backorder. A backorder is treated the same as a special order and your credit card will be charged at the time of the order. We utilize the "First In / First Out" system when determining the purchasing order of backorders, this means that orders are processed in the order they are received.

Tracking Numbers

In most cases tracking numbers are supplied to customers via email once the order has shipped. In the event an item is shipped directly from the manufacturer and a tracking number is not supplied to us, a tracking number will not be emailed to the customer. Upon request, we will make attempts to retrieve tracking information from the manufacturer.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you may return it at any time within a 14 days of the original sale date. The original date of sale can be found on your order confirmation email. Returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled on a case by case basis, however some general policies are applied to every order;

With the exception of damaged goods or missing parts, all returns are subject to a 20% retocking fee.

All returns must have a valid RMA number and returned freight prepaid.

All returns must be packaged in the original box and in NEW condition.

Damaged shipments must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receipt.

With a valid RMA number we will pay for the outbound shipping on your replacement product.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error at Jeeperz 4wd, LLC.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise noted.
If you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours by calling us at 215-541-4878. There will be an 8% order cancellation fee for all cancelled orders once they have been invoiced.
